From Chefs to
Homemade
Ragland and Arandas have
put a contemporary twist on
a dinner club that began with
an emphasis on decadent
gourmet fare from well-known
chefs. Today the group is all
about offering up great-tasting
meals that don't take much
more than an hour to prepare.
New recipes often come from
the Internet, and organizers
coordinate four-course
meals paired with wines.
But no two dinner clubs
For the Campagnas,
everything down to the
bread is preferred homemade.
Paring the right vintage with food is
important to the Wine and Dine Club.
