Sprouts Slated to Open in Spring Sprouts Farmers Market, a natural and organic grocery store, is expected to open this spring at 15121 Ballancroft Parkway near the corner of Providence Road West and Johnston Road. In addition to organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan and plant- based products, the store offers a deli, butcher shop, fish market and bulk foods. Details: Italian Restaurant Now Open Zinicola, a scratch-made and seasonal Italian fine dining restaurant, recently opened in Ballantyne Village. The menu features antipasti, salads, wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, fish and meats in a mix of entrees and small plates.
