What do you like most about your work? I love that I'm in a service occupation and interact with people from all aspects of life. Do you live in Ballantyne? My husband and I just relocated to Pineville last year. After four years of commuting (to Ballantyne) from Huntersville, it was time to move. What did you want to be when you were a kid? An architect, until I received a model eye for Christmas in the seventh grade. What's your favorite thing to do in Ballantyne? As a new mom, free time is limited, but I love to work out at Orangetheory. How do you stay organized? The Wunderlist app is my new best friend. It allows you to generate and share to-do lists. I might add that my husband hates it. What do you eat for breakfast? If time allows, I love a chocolate, peanut butter, banana smoothie! What are you reading now? I'm addicted to mommy blogs. The "What to Expect" blogs have been life savers. I read Charlotte Agenda daily to find out what's going on around town. What keeps you up at night? My baby girl. What charitable organization is important to you and why? Seeing and Believing. It is a local nonprofit that provides prescription eyeglasses to low- income individuals in Charlotte. What would people never guess about you? I have an Etsy store where I sell my crafts, like rustic wood signs and baby shower gift sets.
