Harry Swimmer Hometown: Chester, Pennsylvania Job: President and Instructor, Misty Meadows Mitey Riders What do you like most about your work? The opportunity and pleasure of working with very special disabled children. Do you live in Ballantyne? I live in Weddington. What did you want to be when you were a kid? I never thought about it until I went to Penn State, and then it was the insurance business all the way. I got married and moved to Charlotte in 1952. Any life-management tips to share? Not to put off until tomorrow what you can do today and do it with a smile. Do you have any pets? We have our pal, Sally, and more canines to come and 25 horses! What do you eat for breakfast? Navel orange slices, cereal with fruit and one cup of coffee. What are you reading now? Daniel Silva's "The Black Widow." What keeps you up at night? Very little. What's your definition of "fun"? Working with my program and my morning swim. What are you looking forward to? Working toward the perpetuation of Mitey Riders. What charitable organization is important to you? Levine Children's Hospital, Levine Jewish Community Center and other good organizations. Anything else you'd like to share?
