Robinson Farm Welcomes Pizzeria Charlotte-based Hawthorne's New York Pizza & Bar recently opened its fifth area location in the Village at Robinson Farm. The authentic New York-style pizzeria features classic Italian- American fare, appetizers, sandwiches and pastas, plus gluten- free and kids' options. SWEET CHARITIES Golf Event Raises Over $130,000 The Morrison Family YMCA's 12th annual charity golf tournament raised $131,120 for the Y's Community Support Campaign. Over 50 local corporate sponsors contributed to the June 4 event. Founder of Komen To Keynote BCC Rally Nancy G. Brinker, founder of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, will be the keynote speaker at the BCC Pink Bow Gala Fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 29 at Ballantyne Country Club. BCC Rally is a weeklong series of events held in September to raise money and awareness for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Tickets go on sale August 1 at www.bccrally.org. Nearly 30,000 Pounds Of Food Donated Ballantyne Corporate Park's annual Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina Food Drive collected 28,934 pounds of food.
