Breakfast Shop Now Serving Rise Biscuits and Donuts has opened in the Ballantyne Town Center next to City Barbeque and Walgreens. Rise serves biscuits and donuts from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day, as well as locally roasted coffee, juices and milk.
