The Whiskey Club of Ballantyne: Explore the nuances of whiskies served with small plates in Gallery Restaurant on Fridays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. 2017 events include: "New Year, New Macallan" on Jan. 27; "Whiskeys of Japan" on Feb. 24; and "Utah's Whiskey History" on March 31. Cost: $50 per person. Special Teas: A Winter Wonderland Tea will be held 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 11-14, featuring warm savories and hot toddies. Cost: $40 for adults, $20 for junior patrons. A magical Princess Tea will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 15-18, featuring a special menu and decor for royalty.
