Learning about the insurance industry and how different states handle claims. My co-workers are pretty cool, too ! What's your guilty pleasure? Cake and cupcakes. I don't need a special occasion to stop by the bakery to get my fx! Do you live in Ballantyne? Yes, I have been in Ballantyne for 11 years. It is a beautiful area. What is your favorite Ballantyne-area restaurant? Stone Mountain Grill. What is your favorite outdoor activity? Going on walks with my daughter and having family cookouts. Describe your dream vacation. An all-expenses-paid trip to San Francisco, including tickets to a Giants game with VIP passes to meet the players, tickets to the San Francisco Zoo & Gardens and a 1967 Austin-Healey convertible to cruise on the Golden Gate Bridge and around the city. What would your theme song be for walking into a room? "Better When I'm Dancin'" by Meghan Trainor. What is your favorite news source? "Good Morning America." What charitable organizations are you involved with? My friend Janine DeFeo and I started a nonproft in the spring of 2015 called the Teal Butterfy Challenge. Our goal is to spread awareness of ovarian cancer. The original challenge was to paint your nails teal, make a butterfy symbol with your hands, post a picture on social media and challenge others using #tealbutterfychallenge. The challenge went global! What is your biggest pet peeve? People texting and driving. What is a hidden gem in Ballantyne? The ponds in Ballantyne Corporate Park.
