BUSINESSES ARE FOREVER looking to boost their bottom line, and reducing health-care costs is one way to do it. Instead of cutting benefits, however, companies in Ballantyne Corporate Park are learning that investing in employee well-being can provide a payback. Just ask Aetna, the insurance giant, which provides incentives to employees who participate in wellness initiatives by depositing money into their Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA).
