"Anguilla is amazing
because there is so much to
do," Kaplan says. "Andrew
and I are adventurous, so
one day we climbed a 35-foot
rock in our bare feet and
leaped into the ocean." Their
most memorable experience,
however, was riding horses
bareback on the beach,
something Kaplan had always
longed to do. "We took our
horses into the water up to
our waist and they swam
with us on their backs. My
horse jumped up and threw
me off, which was very
playful and romantic."
Their trip was so awesome,
she insists, that they
want to be married at the
Viceroy and spend their
honeymoon on Anguilla.
