Recent statistics from the United States Personal Chef Association support this growing lifestyle trend: • Some 6,000 personal chefs in the U.S. (nearly 65 percent of whom are women) serve more than 72,000 clients. • Within the next five years, the numbers are expected to rise to 25,000 personal chefs serving nearly 300,000 clients.
