What do you like most about your job? Opening my own company (Carolinas Metro in 2006) and having the privilege to work with such an amazing team. I feel energized about taking on each and every day. Do you live in Ballantyne? I live off Old Providence Road, which is a quick commute to my two offices in Ballantyne. What did you want to be when you were a kid? I idolized Albert Einstein and hoped to become a scientist like him. How do you stay organized? I keep a daily schedule, running to-do list and action items in my email inbox to help keep me organized. Having work-life balance is everything to me. I have three boys and we spend a lot of family time together. What are you reading now? "Crucial Conversations" authored by Kerry Patterson and several others. I like to read books that advance my leadership skills. What's No. 1 on your bucket list? To travel around the world on a yacht. What charitable organization is important to you? My wife and I support Russian charities as well as the Special Olympics. We volunteer annually at the games in Charlotte. What would someone never guess about you?
