Angel says of the moves, "It's actually been very purposeful be- cause we have four kids, so every time we move the office we tell our broker this has to be the radius. It helps with the work-life balance." The Rutledge family grew almost as quickly and unexpectedly as their business. In 2007, they already had two kids, Kayla, now 17, and Zane, now 14. They adopted Angelyn, now 16, and Henry, now 14, from Liberia. "We went from two kids to four kids the day they came home," Angel says. And there are just three years separating all four kids. "It was pretty crazy at the time," she says of adding to their family. Adopting from Liberia Dan and Angel had been talking about expanding their family for years when a group of families in the com- munity adopted kids from Liberia.
