Angel says of the moves, "It's
actually been very purposeful be-
cause we have four kids, so every
time we move the office we tell our
broker this has to be the radius. It
helps with the work-life balance."
The Rutledge family grew almost
as quickly and unexpectedly as their
business. In 2007, they already had
two kids, Kayla, now 17, and Zane,
now 14. They adopted Angelyn, now
16, and Henry, now 14, from Liberia.
"We went from two kids to four kids
the day they came home," Angel says.
And there are just three years
separating all four kids. "It was
pretty crazy at the time," she
says of adding to their family.
