What do you like most about your job? I love helping organizations make real change within their culture — and the way employees' faces light up during our sessions when they realize they own the change. Do you live in Ballantyne? Yes. I moved with my family to Ballantyne from Newtown, Connecticut, in January 2015. What did you want to be when you were a kid? A cinematographer, working on feature films. How do you stay organized? Everything goes into my calendar. I love that my next appointment shows up on my Apple watch! Do you have pets? Yes, two gray tabbies named Rafa and Riley that we rescued as abandoned kittens. Rafa is the only cat I've ever met who thinks he's a dog. What are you reading now? "The Experience Economy." What charitable organization is important to you and why? A Child's Place. It exists to help children of homeless families stay in school where they are safe, fed and educated. Share something that someone would never guess about you. I was once a commercial photographer in Toronto and LA — creating images for everyone from fashion designers and Disney actors to "The Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson and later Jay Leno.
