Ohio-based Cleveland Construction
Inc. has opened a regional office
at 14825 Ballantyne Village Way to
support $3 billion in construction
projects planned in Charlotte.
Currently, 14 employees work out
of the Charlotte office, and the
firm plans to hire 12 more people
over the next six months, including
a client development manager,
project managers, superintendents
and administrative support.
Over the last decade, Cleveland
Construction has completed $150
million in Charlotte projects, including
the Hyatt Place Hotel uptown.
Ballantyne Country Club (BCC), which
celebrated 20 years in 2016, is now
offering corporate memberships.
The club features a golf course
designed by Rees Jones, an award-
winning junior golf program,
a clay court tennis facility and
an aquatics program, which
includes adult lap swimming.
