Tastings Gallery Restaurant will offer monthly tastings on Fridays at 6:30 p.m. with complementing small plates. Enjoy "A Toast to St. Patrick" on March 17. Cost: $50 per person. St. Patrick's Day Celebrate at Gallery Restaurant with corned beef, smoked butter potatoes, braised cabbage and Irish porter cake for dessert. Gallery Bar will have dessert and drink specials. Gallery Restaurant's Tasting that evening will feature "A Toast to St. Patrick" at $50 per person. Whiskey Club The Whiskey Club of Ballantyne will explore the nuances of whiskies in Gallery Restaurant on Fridays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monthly events include: "Utah's Whiskey History" on March 21, "Become a Master Bourbon Blender with Woodford Reserve" on April 28 and a virtual reality "Untamed Islay Experience" on May 26. Special Teas • Very British Tea, March 8-11 • Easter Tea, April 12-15 • Mother's Day Tea, May 10-13 Cost: $45 adults, $25 children, ages 5-12 Spring Brunches Celebrate with an elaborate buffet on Easter, April 16, and Mother's Day, May 14, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost: $85 per person; $35 for children, ages 5-12, and complimentary for children ages 4 and under (tax and 23 percent service charge extra).
