The club's other community service efforts include cleaning greenway sites and working at the Beds for Kids warehouse. Remi Supports Dove's Nest The Remi Group's annual fall fundraiser benefted Dove's Nest, the women's program of the Charlotte Rescue Mission. Through collection drives since 2008, Remi has donated over $21,000 worth of toiletries, medical supplies, bus passes and food for the 120 men and 80 women and children at the rescue mission. Corporate Park Welcomes Event The American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure is hosted out of Ballantyne Corporate Park this year on Saturday, April 30. The event will start and fnish at Brixham Green. Participants can choose from four courses. Registration: $15, fundraising minimum $200. BALLANTYNE MAGAZINE 27 SPRING 2016 Foundation Recognizes Studio Carolina Dance Capital, a dance studio in Toringdon Circle, recently became an offcial Circle of Hope Studio. Carolina Dance Capital won the recognition from the Circle of Hope Dancers Foundation for contributions to the group, which provides fnancial assistance to dancers affected by cancer.
