Boot Camp Starts April 5 An eight-week boot camp led by personal trainers for people at all ftness levels is at The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge Tuesday, April 5, through Saturday, May 28. The camp consists of three hourly sessions per week, with classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 a.m. and Saturday at 7:30 a.m. Advance registration and payment are required by March 28. BIZ BUZZ More Tenants Sign at Waverly Charlotte-based commercial developers Crosland Southeast and Childress Klein have signed PetPeople, CycleBar, Viva Chicken and Panera Bread as tenants for the new 90-acre Waverly development near the intersection of Providence and Ardrey Kell roads in South Charlotte. PetPeople will sell pet foods and supplies in a 4,900-square-foot store, while Viva Chicken is known for its Peruvian rotisserie chicken. The 3,246-square-foot CycleBar is an indoor cycling concept that provides music, video graphics and rider-specifc performance data in a CycleTheatre. The tenants join more than a dozen other retail shops and restaurants, including a 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods slated to open late this year. The 22,000-square- foot medical offce anchor, Novant Health provides urgent care and family health services, including pediatrics and physical therapy. Novant opened in November.
