Waverly Signs More Tenants
ULTA, Taziki's Mediterranean Café and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa
have signed leases in the 90-acre Waverly development near the intersection of
Providence and Ardrey Kell roads in south Charlotte.
The three new tenants join more than a dozen other retail shops and restaurants,
including a 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods projected to open in 2016.
Novant Health, at 22,000 square feet, will be the medical offce anchor and
offer urgent care and family health care, including pediatrics, physical therapy and
other services. Novant Health is projected to open in late 2015.
Waverly, a multi-use master planned development, is a joint venture between
Childress Klein, Crosland Southeast and the Matthews family. For more info, go to
