misconception is one that Aparappar Singh Pannu hopes to correct when people visit his Indian restaurant, The Blue Taj, which has been serving the community from its spot in Ballantyne Village since February 2010. The Blue Taj is Pannu's second Indian restaurant in the Charlotte market. He has also operated Copper on East Boulevard in Dilworth since 2005. Pannu noticed a strong call for Indian cuisine in Ballantyne and has received amazing support since bringing his culinary talent to this side of town.
